After Shiromani Akali Dal delegation calls on him, Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh says a tankhaiya (guilty of religious misconduct) remains one until tankhah (religious punishment) is not awarded to him by the Sikh clergy that is likely to meet only after Bandi Chhod Diwas (Diwali).
