Sunny Singh

Hailing from Haryana, Sunny Singh made his first-class debut in the 2003-04 season. He has also represented the India Under-19 squad. A right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pacer, he was noticed by the Kolkata Knight Riders captain Sourav Ganguly early in 2009, and was immediately selected to play for the IPL, but failed to make his debut due to injury. Singh attracted attention when he single-handedly propelled Haryana to the Ranji Elite Division for the 2010-11 season. He was then picked by the Kings XI Punjab for the 2011 IPL edition.
