The attack on a Uttar Pradesh labourer is the third on non-local workers in Kashmir in a week, following previous deadly assaults in Ganderbal and Shopian.
Shubam Kumar from Bijnore sustained a gunshot wound to the arm when terrorists opened fire at him in Pulwama.
