Budget 2024: CII wants Modi 3.0 govt to push land, labour, agriculture reforms

CII President Sanjiv Puri said a lot of policy interventions in the past have put the economy on "a much stronger wicket".
The industry body has suggested rationalisation of rates with three slabs and inclusion of sectors like petroleum and real estate that are presently out of its ambit, besides infrastructure status for the hospitality sector.
