UGC NET December 2024 Live: The last UGC NET exam took place on August 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, and September 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2024.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: On the notification, the commission will mention the start and end date for registration, dates for form correction, admit card, exam city slip, tentative dates for the exam and other details. The subject-wise detailed schedule will be released later.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: Candidates are also requested to download and install the SANDES application as a secondary channel to receive time-to-time notifications from NTA.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: Candidate shall ensure that the information (like, his/her name. mother’s name, father’s name, gender, date of birth, category, PwD status, mobile number, email address, photograph and signature, choice of cities for exam centre, etc.) provided by them in their online Application Form are correct and of their own.

Candidates are advised to exercise utmost care for filling up correct details in the Application Form. Any request for change in the particulars after the closure of correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances. Corrections sent by the candidate through Post/ Fax/WhatsApp/Email/by Hand will not be entertained by NTA.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of objective type, multiple choice questions. There will be no break between papers.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: The eligibility in NET will depend on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of UGC-NET in aggregate. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for ‘Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ or for ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ will not be considered for the award of JRF.

UGC NET December 2024 Live: Candidates have to apply for UGC - NET June 2024 “Online” ONLY by accessing the website: https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/; https://ugcnet.ntaonline.in. The Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application i.e. multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.
