Protests against school privatisation intensify in Pakistan; students, lawyers come in support of teachers’ movement

Students of government schools have started protesting on streets in Punjab province. Lawyer fraternity in the province has also expressed their full support.
As per reports, privatisation process of schools in the Punjab province led to the new phase of admissions in government schools failing miserably. Moreover, there were no new admissions in 70 per cent of the schools. (Representative image/Unsplash)
