Nagendra charged the ED with arresting him under pressure from the BJP as part of a conspiracy to destabilise the Congress government.
In July, former minister B Nagendra was taken into custody by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in connection with a money-laundering probe linked to the alleged irregularities in the Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation Limited.
